Spinnakers has always taken a bespoke approach to bringing local flavour to your plate. Inspired by a visit to a small Laurentian village bakery with it central wood fired brick oven producing crusty artisan loaves, Spinnakers bakers use a Woodstone brick oven to obtain those wonderfully crusted loaves as well as an array of pizzas. We draw mineral water from a 225 foot deep well that tapped into an aquifer below the brewhouse. Carbonated in stainless steel tanks in the brewhouse, spinnakers produces the only sparkling mineral water in British Columbia. Our wild seafood is smoked in-house and the herbs we use to accent our fresh, seasonal fare are picked from gardens located on site.
